Aro Valley Craft Market!

Hello guys! Welcome to another blog. This time I’m very excited to share with you my experience being in a crafts market as an exhibitor for the first time ever! I want to give a hug shout out to my friends Mariana and Jazmin for inviting me to share a table with them and have a great time together.

Face Paint

Mariana and Jazmin have attended to a market before doing some face painting and this time they both did some face paint but also started selling a few of their fabulous resin products. If you want to check out their work in Instagram at Party Faces NZ, they’ll be uploading some as we get to participate in more markets and events.

My Products

I learned about this market a week before but fortunately for me, I’ve been thinking about selling products on Facebook Market or participating in Crafts Markets at some point in the future. I picked up a bunch of things that I’ve been working on for the past year and I was amazed to realize that I had made quite a few nice things, if I may say so myself.

My Experience

Overall, although I was really anxious at the beginning, I didn’t know how to price things and I felt a little bit self conscious… This has been a great experience and first stepping stone into taking my crafts more seriously and put my products out there.

The Market itself was awesome and I had such a nice time with my friends. Shout out to the kiwi boyfriends who helped all three of us and stayed for a little while until we started chatting and loudly laughing in Spanish. 😉
