Kia ora everyone! Welcome to August 2023. This month has been a bit of a busy one for me. Especially compared to the rest of the year. I’ve been working part time at the Digby Woolf project as a Humanities Technician and started volunteering as a dresser for WoW – World of Wearable Art.

If you followed up with last month, July 2023, you’ll now it’s been a turning point for my year after a rough period of time.
I started therapy for the first time ever this year from the 24th of July, which made this my first month of therapy work. I’ll talk about it later on in the blog but it’s really been helping and I feel like this and other changes I’ve been doing recently are starting to set me up for a better life.
