One thing I learned: Patience, gratefulness, awareness and compassion
One thing that I’m proud of: Start advertising my teaching online even thought it’s been overwhelming and knowing when to step off it if it becomes too much. Started to move around and preparing things to get rid of to make room for new things in life.
How can I improve next month? Be more mindfully balanced. Keep more focus on self care even when I don’t feel like doing things. Find a way to nourish and take care of myself even when I’m exhausted.
